相信在阅读这篇文章的同学们已经对于Presentation很熟悉了。但是，尽管熟悉，很多学生听到要做Presentation的时候，还是会紧张。紧张的原因，一部分是因为要面对同学和老师说英语，还有一部分原因，是不知道怎么样能起个好头，从而顺利过渡到主题内容。
我听过很多同学都习惯把Presentation翻译为演讲，但其实这是不准确的。当提到Presentation，我们首先想到的是TED或者在某个大会上的演说，这些其实是Speech演讲。而同学们经常做的Presentation，更多是为了把某些信息或者想法分享给同学和老师。
无论是正式的演讲，还是在小范围内展示信息，甚至是讲故事，我们都需要做到：
吸引听众的注意力分享信息、想法或者观点等提供重要的细节使你的信息让听众有记忆点实现目标，包括让你的听众同意你的观点，或者采取行动，或者改变想法，等等要做到以上几点，一个好的开头至关重要。今天，我就给同学们提供一些通用的Presentation开头的方法。开头简介是Presentation中最重要的部分，因为这部分会给听众留下第一印象。这是你在做Presentation时第一次有机会引起听众的注意。
然而，在开始说话的时候，很多同学都觉得第一刻往往是最难的，不确定怎样能有个好开头。因此，我给大家提供一个Presentation的开头部分的通用大纲，可以应用到几乎所有形式的Presentation之中。
1. 欢迎听众并介绍自己
2. 抓住听众注意力
3. 告诉听众你做Presentation的首要目的，或者话题
4. 提供一个Presentation的摘要
欢迎听众并介绍自己
从热烈的欢迎开始介绍自己是做Presentation时很礼貌的一种方式。例如，可以使用以下语言：
Welcome to [name of company or event]. My name is [name] and I am the [job title or background information].Thank you for coming today. I’m [name] and I’m looking forward to talking with you today about [your topic].Good morning/afternoon ladies and gentlemen. I’d like to quickly introduce myself. I am [name] from [company or position]. (正式)On behalf of [name of company], I’d like to welcome you today. 在这一阶段，学生要向听众明确阐释自己的主题或目标。只是简单的一两句话就好，要说得很清楚。比如，可以这样说：
This morning I’d like to present our new [product or service].Today I’d like to discuss…Today I’d like to share with you…What I want to share with you is…My goal today is to help you understand…During my talk this morning/afternoon, I’ll provide you with some background on [main topic] and why it is important to you.I will present my findings on…By the end of my presentation, I’d like for you to know…I aim to prove to you / change your mind about…I’d like to take this opportunity to talk about…As you know, this morning/afternoon I’ll be discussing…提供一个Presentation的摘要
在Presentation开头的最后阶段，同学们要对自己的内容做一个简要概述，说明重点。这可以帮助听众做好准备迎接接下来的Presentation主题内容，并保持专注度。以下是做简要概述时可以使用的语言：
